How do I apply for a wholesale account?

Is there a minimum order?

Our minimum opening order value is currently €800

How long does it take to process and ship an order?

We aim to dispatch orders within 4-6 weeks of confirmation. Lead times will vary throughout the year and may be longer during peak season.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we are more than happy to ship worldwide. Contact us using the form above and we can provide more details on expected shipping costs to your destination.

Can I choose my own shades or are starter packs available?

We have curated starter packs available if you find it hard to choose (or if you find yourself short on time!).

Otherwise, feel free to mix and match among the 60-80 shades we have available across each range.

How do you ensure colour consistency between batches?

Quality control is extremely important to us at Townhouse Yarns.

As a team we aim for consistency across all our colourways. However, the hand dyed process will always produce natural variations in each skein. 

We recommend alternating skeins across any project that uses more than one skein of hand dyed yarn.

What kind of support do you give stockists?

We see our stockists as partners, and our goal is to make it easy for you to promote Townhouse Yarns to your customers.
